We are now looking for a driven, passionate, and reliable person for our Full Time Office Manager position, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts and payroll, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing with a solid understanding of payroll compliance & legislation
- Perform end-of-month/Year procedures in both POS and Xero systems including bank reconciliations, payroll tax, superannuation and BAS.
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Provide supervision to office staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or a related field
- Experience with XERO other accounting software
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts payable and reconciliation
- Experience with payment runs
- Experience with Tanda workforce management is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HR functions and regulations preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with STP2 and Superannuation processing
