About the role
Working collaboratively alongside our Shared Services Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced Finance Manager to join our growing team. This hands-on and dynamic role will see you supporting our management accounting, and accounts payable team, motivating and driving performance, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.
As well as this, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring their continued professional growth and development.
- Collaborate, design, implement and review finance systems, policies, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to relevant regulations.
- Creating business engagement with and around the improvement of internal controls and processes.
- Manage the efficient and accurate processing of payments.
- Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports, including aging reports and payment schedules.
About you
With the ability to lead and inspire others being a passion of yours, you possess an eagerness to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You come from a similar role with experience and skills in excellent communication, including the ability to translate technical finance material into meaningful information.
As well as this, you will have:
- A CPA qualification.
- Experience in Viewpoint/Job Pac software systems (desirable).
- The ability to develop and build strong relationships across the business.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
