Your New Team:
You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to financial excellence. Collaborate closely with our current Lead Business and Planning Manager, who oversees statutory reporting and financial accounting, as you support them during an important project phase.
Your New Role:
As the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering all financial business planning services. Collaborate, research, design, and develop financial and conceptual models for business plans, assets, and investments. You'll also work on long-term planning, annual budgeting, investment analysis, governance/administration, and reporting/analysis.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or economics, preferably with CPA/CA qualifications.
- Experience in relevant fields such as healthcare, aged care, or facilities development is advantageous.
- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Familiarity with Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence tools desirable.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on diverse projects and tasks, including potential site visits.
