We are currently seeking a Full time, permanent Finance Manager based in our head office in Balcatta. Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services/ Deputy CEO, you will be responsible for a range of key tasks essential to the business's success. This includes providing leadership for the accounting department in line with Intelife’s Strategic and Operational plans, and is responsible for the management, improvement, implementation and operations of the organisation’s financial and accounting services, purchasing and supply functions. 

This rewarding and challenging position is a key role in ensuring Intelife's operations meet budgeted service, financial and growth metrics. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the Finance Team to deliver exceptional service to the organisation.
• Coordinate the month end process and prepare the monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and cashflow 
• Complete monthly financial reports including the Board Finance Pack
• Liaise with external auditors and coordinate the interim and final annual audit.
• Manage the preparation of the annual operational and capital budget in liaison with FC, Exec, Department Heads
• Manage all banking including bank signatories and credit card holders
• Oversee the fortnightly payroll and creditor payment functions
• Coordinate all Revenue recognition processes and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Overseeing the Debtor Management Processes for Commercial and Participants

Your success will be ensured by:

• Degree in finance or accounting with 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrate experience in managing and supervising staff
• Ability to meeting deadlines and priorities workload to achieve objectives
• Highly developed MS Excel, MS Word skills & able to use a variety of systems
• A strong attention to detail
