Our mission is to “influence strategic outcomes through transparent insights and passionate people”.See yourself in our teamYour team forms part of the wider Technology Finance Team of approximately 90 people and provides Business Partnering and financial management services to Technology and Business Unit CIOs.Your role is responsible for supporting the Business Banking Technology business.Some of the key areas you will be providing support and leadership across include:
- Stakeholder management of the General Managers
- Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting and forecasting business proposals through modelling, analysis and insights
- Stakeholder management across technology and finance
- Driver based annual budget and rolling forecast
- Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary as well as financial control and balance sheet ownership
- Financial modelling of business plans and strategic proposals
- Involvement in ad-hoc financial analysis and broader insights to drive tangible value
- Identify and assist in implementing ongoing process improvements
- Contract reviews and accounting treatment
- Broad stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong accounting and financial skills
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis
- Advanced excel skills for financial modelling and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
