Provide Business Partnering and financial management services to Technology and Business Unit CIOs.
Some of the key areas you will be providing support and leadership across include:
- Developing forecasts and analysis of the internal investments and BAU spend for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Long-range planning and budgeting on the group’s strategic security investments as well as traditional BAU spend.
- Working with senior commercial analysts to ensure completeness and accuracy of the month end process.
- Monthly investment spend forecasts and insights for senior management
- Reporting on the effectiveness and efficiency of the investment spend and resources
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting including workforce and license spend as well as preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Business Review memos
- Adhoc analysis of the project delivery workforce and allocation of funding with focus on optimisation including process improvement / automation of processes to streamline work
- To provide independent review of strategic security investments and transactions and advice to the Technology CFO and Chief Security Officer
- Engage with people across various parts of the Group; stakeholder management and communication skills are paramount in this role
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis
- Attention to detail and quality together with a working understanding of financial accounting
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and critical thinking skills
- Tertiary Qualifications – hold a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or an equivalent business-related discipline and an accounting qualification – CPA or CA
