This involves conducting stage gate assessments of initiatives to determine expected financial benefits in terms of size and timing.
- Taking ownership of the financial perspective on how aggregated Transformation investments and benefits impact Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with the budget and corporate plan.
- Collaborating closely with Head Office Finance to procure data and conduct analyses that support transformation initiatives and delivering pertinent reporting.
- Providing timely and precise evaluations of the financial implications of transformation initiatives, and elucidating deviations from forecasted benefits, such as those influenced by external factors versus transformational efforts.
- Identifying new potential areas for Transformation efforts through data analysis and making adjustments to Transformation targets when budgetary assumptions are jeopardised.
- Offering support to Operations and Transformation stream leads to enhance their comprehension of the financial drivers behind transformation performance, facilitating effective execution.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse financial and operational data, generate valuable insights, and collaborate effectively to enhance business performance, preferably within a transformational context.
- 5+ years in accountancy/finance management, accompanied by CPA, CA, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven capability in making informed decisions and communicating clearly and succinctly with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled at adjusting communication approaches and work methods to align with various stakeholders, ensuring effective results and outcomes.
- Comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in utilising Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Previous exposure to managing and utilising sophisticated accounting software and financial models.
