As a critical part of the overall One Endeavour Transformation Program, the Senior Finance Transformation Manager (SFTM) will be jointly responsible for ensuring business readiness for go live of the Group’s new SAP ERP and related finance sub-systems, related operating model and ways of working.

You will be responsible for designing and agreeing elements of the Finance template, delivering world class processes which meet the business needs of Endeavour Group, whilst ensuring an appropriate level of internal control and segregation of duties are implemented, in addition to formulation of appropriate policies

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

• Taking the direction from the Head of Finance Transformation, the SFTMs will collaborate with Business and Functional Analysts and Leads to identify and document finance requirements. SFTMs will also work with the selected System Implementation Partner, SAP and other system experts. 
• Each SFTM will be initially allocated a set of transactional/accounting streams, which are expected to play to the strengths and experiences of each SFTM.
• Assists in documenting, reviewing, and gaining approvals of the project scope/requirements in their area.
• Provides Project Team Members with all required business unit and team based information, documentation, and data to ensure successful implementation.
• Participates in workshops and ensures the inclusion of relevant team members from the business to validate the design being implemented and the implementation plan. 
• Works with Business, Business Analysts, and Functional Leads to identify end-user documentation and training requirements. May also execute end-user training.
   

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience within financial accounting or accounts processing roles. 
• Relevant undergraduate qualifications
• Previous experience in system implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in various accounting related systems, including but not limited to spreadsheet and general ledger/ERP applications.
• Previous training and testing experience.
• Possesses technical proficiency as a business analyst or like experience in other systems transformation projects.
• Previous exposure to large scale projects.
• Results driven with the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
• Strong change management and leadership skills to effectively support the implementation’s change initiatives through the change team.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, and negotiate effectively.
