Join our vibrant team at KOTO Dining as we actively seek talented individuals to step into management roles, specifically within the realm of finance management, to support our ongoing expansion initiatives. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and expansion across various operational areas.
We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating financial and accounting activities within KOTO Dining and our other thriving entities. This position requires a commitment of at least 38 hours per week.
We're seeking someone with a diverse set of financial management skills, ideally with a background in hospitality or hotel management, to fulfill the following responsibilities and duties
· Determine, implement, monitor, review and evaluate our budgetary and accounting strategies, policies and plans in consultation with other management.
· Provide us with financial information and interpreting the implications for business performance and funding needs
· Coordinating the development, implementation, and monitoring of our new CRM / accounting-based systems such as Destinity Hospitality Management by Scienter that is a web-based information system that enables our organisations to comprehensive control and monitor the complete financial aspect of our entities.
· Directing the preparation of financial reports that summarise and forecast the organisation's financial position such as income statements, balance sheets and analyses of future earnings and income
· Assess capital finance proposals and the financial status of operational projects
· Advise on investment strategies, sources of funds and the distribution of earnings
· Budgeting and financial reporting
· Ensuring compliance with financial legislation and standards of our operation
Skill Requirement:
The successful candidate would also need to have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
Preferably experienced with high end hotel and hospitality management systems such as Destinity Hospitality Management by Scienter, Guestline, MSI CloudPM . Opera PMS by Oracle or similar software used to run large restaurants and hotels
