What to expect
- Daily operation registration as well as national and international payments. Credit Control - Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Preparation of monthly and year-end Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports. Preparation of Local and international financial reporting for submission to the Directors, management/headquarter and shareholders
- BAS and payroll tax returns preparation, preparing yearly FBT return. Liaise with internal & external Auditors to establish fund management agreements
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for all corporate cost centres in consultation with the relevant managers
- Managing staff payroll, dividends, bonuses and commissions, ensuring they are accurately calculated and paid. Prepare and check of Employee Expenses. Set up and update expense and accounting policies. Update current policies and procedures HR related.
- Bookings in general - events and activities etc. Contracts in general - approvals alongside Manager. Accounts/Finance related tasks as per business requirements.
What you bring
- Bachelor Degree (Accounting/Controlling) or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Specialized knowledge: Accounting, Taxation Law, IFRS, Controlling. Holding a CPA certificate and experience in SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and good skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Minimum visa requirements - Australia permanent resident
