About the role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic experienced Finance Manager.
You will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for the day to day accounting function, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable duties. In addition, will assist the CFO manage finance staff and other duties as required, including budgeting, cash flow management and Board reporting . A key responsibility of this role is to ensure all finance tasks are appropriately documented and automated as much as possible, as well as ensuring they remain efficient and effective with a robust framework of internal controls. Initial 6 months, will mainly be focused on reviewing and documenting all finance processes.
The role will be base in our Head Office in Adelaide.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Adherence to company and client policies and procedures.
- Day to day finance activities, including ensuring the effective operation of the daily accounting function and systems, tax, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Documentation of all finance tasks and ensuring they remain efficient and effective as possible, with robust framework of internal controls.
- Assist CFO with other duties as required, including budgeting, cash flow management and Board reporting.
- Maintain effective and supportive relationships with all members of the finance team.

It is preferred you have the following experience:
- Qualified CA/CPA with at least 7 years experience in commerce, including at least 2 as a Finance Manager.
- Solid finance experience across management accounting, tax, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process mapping, process improvement and change management skills.
- Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and process documentation software.
- Ability to be hands on and drive finance team capability.
- Experience in Pronto software will be highly regarded.
