Finance Manager - Property Funds

This diversified A-REIT is readying for another period of expansion and seeks a CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager to bolster it's existing finance team

This Finance Manager role presents an opportunity to join a successful, growing A-REIT. This is a high-profile, exec-facing leadership role, where you'll be given the opportunity to take your experience to the next level, under the guidance of an outstanding leadership team.
With the support of a small but capable team, you'll oversee the review & delivery of all financial reporting for a portfolio of Property Funds, including statutory requirements, compliance, audit and tax.
You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis for the funds, investor reporting, debt covenant reporting and board reporting.
Outside of your core responsibilities, you'll be involved in process improvement, systems and finance related projects.
You are an established CA or CPA qualified Finance Manager, with proven experience in Property Funds and a background in liaising with & presenting to senior level stakeholders.
