We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our dynamic Finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, ensuring accurate billing processes, and delivering quality customer service to all stakeholders.
About the role:
Reporting directly to the Shared Services Manager you will join a multi-skilled team that ensures we deliver thorough and accurate financial processes and deliver client-focused service in all our interactions with members of the public and stakeholders.
Your tasks will be varied; however, your key responsibilities are to:
- Prepare resident and client agreements
- Maintain resident and client Masterfile data, process billing on a fortnightly basis and liaise with Government Departments, residents and their families and admin staff at Lutheran Services sites
- Keep updated records and processes in line with Government requirements
- Respond to queries in a respectful and understanding way.
About you:

- Strong procedural, analytical, and communication skills
