The Person
- Min 2+ years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge in the areas of management, financial accounting, cashflow, operational costs, forecasting analyst, and tax compliance.
- Diploma or Certificate in accounting/finance.
- At least 6 months Experience in ECI JobBOSS
- Experience in XERO and Microsoft programs, including Power BI
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication ability with a team player attitude.
- Self-motivated with an attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Forecasting input material prices, analysing the impact on the profit and loss statement.
- Perform Financial Analysis of the company’s statements.
- Perform Monthly operating budget, planning and cost estimating.
- Assist with cash flow reporting.
- Month end reconciliations.
- Lead accounts payable and receivables processes, including engagement and relationship building with suppliers and customers.
- Manage database systems and support team to use effectively.
- Deliver a high level of customer service and address customer queries.
