Role Overview:
As a Finance Officer reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support day-to-day finance administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct bank reconciliations.
End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support with Month-end and Year-end Reporting:
Contribute to year-end reconciliation and reporting processes.
Support the Team managing client’s funding.
Assist the Finance Manager and leadership team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Address aged receivables, claims, and queries.
Education:
Diploma of Accounting (or equivalent qualification).
Previous experience in Finance Officer/finance administration roles.
Technical Skills:
Advanced computer skills and MS Office Suite.
Familiarity with Cloud Payroll (desirable).
Experience with Xero (Essential)
Familiar with CRM systems, such as Carelink (desirable).
NDIS experience is highly desirable.
Excellent numeracy skills.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete work within established deadlines.
Maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
