My client is an industry leading, progressive business, offering tailored and specialised solutions to its customers, seeking a Finance Officer to join their growing finance team. This role initially is a temporary contract for 3 months, however there is scope for this to be extended or go permanent.
This is an opportunity to work close to home if you are based on the Central Coast, which doesn't pop up every day!
The role
The role will predominantly be responsible for accounts receivable and billings, some accounts payable and assist with payroll using MYOB advanced. You will also be responsible for bank and balance sheet reconciliations and month end.
The requirements
- Previous experience in AR and invoicing essential
- Experience with payroll is a benefit
- Some knowledge of month end and experience with reconciiliations would be advantageous
- Experience with MYOB highly regarded
- Experience with MS excel
