Position Overview:
Ennovo is seeking a skilled Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations. This permanent part-time position offers competitive compensation of $75,000 annually at a rate of 0.6 FTE, with hours allocated for Tuesday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Processing fortnightly payroll, including PAYG, Superannuation and Work Cover
- Utilise Xero and other accounting software to accurately record financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, along with maintaining the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Finance Officer role or similar.
- Proficiency in using Xero and other accounting software.
- Experience in processing payroll, including superannuation and PAYG.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
