ABOUT THE ROLE
DUTIES
- Oversee the accurate and timely payroll for the organisation
- Work with key stakeholders across business units to integrate payroll processes
- Advise the business on all current legislation and ensure all controls and compliance measure are being adhered to
- Assess and implement process improvements as required
- Develop and execute on long term strategic plans for the payroll function
- 5+ years' experience end-to-end payroll in a commercial business
- A proven track record of strategic improvements to payroll processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Strong user of Xero
- Additional experience handling AP would be preferable
