Payroll Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
  

Working closely with the Financial Controller and CFO, this role is imperative in shaping the future of the business at an exciting stage in their history. 
  
DUTIES

• Oversee the accurate and timely payroll for the organisation
• Work with key stakeholders across business units to integrate payroll processes
• Advise the business on all current legislation and ensure all controls and compliance measure are being adhered to
• Assess and implement process improvements as required
• Develop and execute on long term strategic plans for the payroll function

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years' experience end-to-end payroll in a commercial business
• A proven track record of strategic improvements to payroll processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Initiative and problem-solving mindset
• Strong user of Xero
• Additional experience handling AP would be preferable
