About the Finance Systems Support Team
The Finance Systems team is part of the broader Finance Team and is responsible for managing the Austin Health ERP, budget and reporting system and the patient revenue system. The team provides technical and system solution support to all Finance system users across Finance, Purchasing Supply and Operations.
About the role
The Finance SystemsImprovement Lead is a key member of the Finance Systems Support Team and will play a key role connecting the business users and Finance Systems to ensure business and system processes are aligned and enables optimal performance.
In March 2024, Austin Health will be implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud and the Finance SystemsImprovement Lead will play a key role in the implementation project, stabilisation and business as usual phases.
Following the project the role will be a key member of the Finance Systems Support Team providing ongoing support and lead further refinement in business/system processes.
About you
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, finance, information technology or information systems or equivalent experience,
Strong product knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud with a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting this product.
Deep understanding of Accounting Principles and processes within the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Procurement modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Demonstrated experience in effective collaboration, strategic engagement and leading stakeholder change management,
Ability to Identify, document and lead complex continuous improvement projects
