We are looking for a candidate to provide first and second level of support to users of the Financial Management Information System running on Oracle ERP Cloud.
Qualifications & experience
- The ideal candidate would have experience supporting Oracle ERP Cloud - Financials and Procurement offerings (Payables, Expenses, Receivables, Cash Management, Assets, Purchasing, iProcurement).
- Experience in reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio, BI Publisher, SmartView would be an added advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Administer and support the Financial Management Information Systems processes and solutions.
- Resolve issues in all modules for end users where possible.
- Prepare and maintain procedural documentation relating to system processes.
- Ensure that the workflow management systems are operating correctly and assist in the resolution and maintenance of these processes, and
- Work with various business areas on the analysis and assessment of new or changed requirements (whether arising from the business,policies, processes, accounting, finance, audit or legislation).
