Accounting Role

Coastal Power Systems is looking for someone to join our team on a causal employment basis for 2 days a week, supporting directors and the administration team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, where hard work is recognised and rewarded. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Processing weekly payroll 
• Scheduling invoice payments 
• Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable emails
• Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed. 
• Entering data (capture and enter costs)
• Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, expenses tracking and data entry into Xero.

We are looking for: 

• Strong communication skills 
• Payroll and invoice experience 
• Can work in a team environment
• Xero experience preferred 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
