Join our growing Finance team in this new role - based out of our Moruya office 4-5 days per week on a fixed-term 12-month contract. Yumaro is a multi-award winning NDIS provider, offering social enterprise employment, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, home and community support, support coordination and plan management services to over 220 people living with a disability.
Our participants are primarily located throughout the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla areas.
About the role
This new role provides cover to team members working on projects, and due to ongoing growth - this varied and busy role will be supporting our team with various accounting tasks including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- NDIS claiming processes
- Debtors Collections
- Spreadsheets/reporting
- Banking/checking mail
- End of Month tasks
Skills and experience
- Relationship building - working with a diverse range of people,
- Able to self-manage to achieve multiple and often competing deadlines
- Previous accounting experience in AP and/or AR is required
- An understanding of ledger coding and GST coding
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience using an accounting system is essential, and MYOB well regarded
- An accounts related qualification would be well regarded
- Experience in NDIS price guide/claims would be well regarded but is not essential
