Knight Frank Central Coast is seeking and experienced payroll officer/ people & Culture person to join our team.
You’ll be located within our modern office in The Mariners Centre of Excellence, Tuggerah.
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate;
- Proficient in the use of MYOB
- The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in your work
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- A willingness to learn new skills if required
- Ability to work with others to create and maintain an excellent workplace culture
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Prepare and process:
- Weekly and monthly reporting to the managing director
- Payroll and salaries plus monthly commissions.
- Superannuation Payments
- Accounts payable
- Lodgement of BAS via the ATO portal
- Process company tax, PAYG and GST payments
Other responsibilities include following company procedures to:
- Ensure compliance with accounting and other legislative requirements
- Maintain a schedule of company insurance policies and due dates
- Prepare employment agreements and maintain employee handbook
- Keep up to date with Fair Trading changes to supervision guidelines
- Maintain and update policies according to operational procedures
