Knight Frank Central Coast is seeking and experienced payroll officer/ people & Culture person to join our team. 

You’ll be located within our modern office in The Mariners Centre of Excellence, Tuggerah. 

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate;

• Proficient in the use of MYOB
• The ability to manage your time effectively and efficiently
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in your work
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• A willingness to learn new skills if required
• Ability to work with others to create and maintain an excellent workplace culture 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Prepare and process:

1. Weekly and monthly reporting to the managing director
2. Payroll and salaries plus monthly commissions.
3. Superannuation Payments
4. Accounts payable 
5. Lodgement of BAS via the ATO portal
6. Process company tax, PAYG and GST payments

Other responsibilities include following company procedures to:

1. Ensure compliance with accounting and other legislative requirements
2. Maintain a schedule of company insurance policies and due dates
3. Prepare employment agreements and maintain employee handbook
4. Keep up to date with Fair Trading changes to supervision guidelines
5. Maintain and update policies according to operational procedures
