Reporting to the Financial Controller you will have responsibilities including but not limited to: Year-End Process Management: Lead and coordinate year-end financial activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.Audit Oversight: Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process, providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries.Monthly Reporting: Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports, highlighting key insights and trends for management review.Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, budget vs. actual comparisons, and other financial assessments to support decision-making.Statutory compliance: including GST, PAYE, FBT and assist on income tax.Key selection criteria include: At least 5 years' experience in Financial AccountingCA or CPA qualified, ideally Big 4 trainedStrong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulationsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be available at short notice for commencement.
