About the role
This role will particularly suit individuals that enjoy being hands on, wish to be part of a high performing close knit team and have a genuine desire to fast track their career and be rewarded for their efforts. We recognise individual performance but applaud and encourage team work.
Based in centralised modern offices in the heart of the Perth CBD, you will be trained and mentored in all areas of finance to obtain a holistic ‘big picture’ mentality to build upon your detailed oriented background as well as be given the opportunity to be involved in the commercial aspects of the business.
Reporting to the Senior Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Preparing and completing Month End deliverables
- Preparing and submitting groupwide compliances
- Providing support with the annual financial audit
- Preparing and completing the FBT Return
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Preparing monthly financial reports and liaising with operational managers
- Providing ad hoc assistance with transactional accounting deliverables
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Finance Team

- Degree qualified - Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting/Finance)
- CA/CPA qualified
- MYOB experience
- Skilled with MS Office products, specifically with Excel/Word/Outlook
- Minimum 7 year’s relevant experience
- Team player with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through multiple competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
