An exciting opportunity has arisen at Viridian Financial Group for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our friendly team based in our Perth CBD office.

About the Role
Our CSM’s play a critical role supporting our Financial Advisors, and this role will see the successful candidate being a key contact point for day-to-day liaisons with clients. The role involves administering all support aspects of the client advice process within Xplan, including Review Management, preparation of Client Review and Plan Presentation Packs and implementation of advice and trading. The successful candidate will work directly with the Advisors and other CSMs that operate within a POD set up, supporting with client and team requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering with other Financial Advisors, Associate Advisors & Client Services Managers to deliver exceptional customer service for our clients.
- Assist with the financial advice process from Fact Find to Implementation, including processing of documentation in Xplan, preparation of advice documents & forms.
- Assisting with regulatory obligations including the management of Fixed Term Service Agreements, review meetings and our compliance requirements.
- Being a point of call for all client communication regarding Financial Advice in the absence of the Advisor.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 2 years’ minimum experience working within a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, and experience using Xplan would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial governance, compliance, ethical and privacy guidelines.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
