About the Company/Role
This multi-million dollar e-commerce business continues to be Australia’s largest and fastest growing specialist, in their field.  Having already expanded into the UK & soon to expand into European markets, they need your assistance to progress further. They love making a difference in peoples’ lives and this opportunity will make a difference in your life.
  
Due to continued growth, it is now time for a full-time professional to bring their finance function “in-house” and fine tune it.  Initially, this will be a “hands on” role with a view to establishing an in-house financial team, giving you the opportunity to take on a more senior position over time.

Duties 

• Review all current financial operations
• Implement changes to improve policies, procedures, performance, corporate governance and compliance with local and International accounting standards
• Ensure the current software is integrated and being utilised to its full potential
• Payroll and staff management
• Consultant management
• Compliance Management
• Oversee the finance Administrator
• Daily duties:-
  (Reporting, Forecasting, Planning, Budgeting, AR & AP)

Skills and Experience

• Accounting Tertiary Qualification (CA/CPA preferred)
• Exp within a Commercial environment/E-commerce business
• Proficient with Xero and advanced Excel skills
• Cin7 Core experience highly regarded
• Understanding of Shopify
• Tech savvy – You are comfortable with learning and developing your skills with new software platforms
• Team player who is happy to help where required
