AddressWe are partnered with an exciting global retail brand based in Mascot, who are seeking a fully qualified Financial Accountant to join their business on a 3 month contract. The role will have potential to go perm, though the candidate must be available within 2 weeks to begin in the contract. Hybrid working available.
To apply, candidates must have at least 3-4 years of industry accounting experience and there is a strong preference for those who have worked with SAP or other large ERP systems.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Perform ad hoc financial tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CA qualification
- SAP experience highly preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in financial accounting or related role
Benefits:
