The Opportunity
This is a Full time Fixed-Term(12 month) contracted opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join the ACM Part Finance Team based in our Somerton office offering a Hybrid working environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Participation in completion of month end reporting
- Production of month end reports, providing commentary and distribution
- Maintenance of the ACM Parts Balance Sheet Reconciliation template and completion of month end reconciliations
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
- Accounting and updated of the bank reconciliations for the various ACM Parts bank accounts
- Completion and lodgment of various statutory requirements
- Accounting for Scrap Revenue invoices in Pinnacle, applying cash received and following up related queries
- Participation in project work or other duties as required
- Month End Reporting and Associated Reconciliation
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Accounting working knowledge
- Understanding of end-user system interfaces (NAV, Pinnacle advantageous)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Word
- A working knowledge of web based development tools and concepts
