The business has in place several strong joint venture partnerships which will be the responsibility of the successful applicant to nurture and build upon their existing success. Your experience and how quickly you learn our processes will dictate how quickly you develop these joint ventures and grow your own client base.

Initially, there will be a period of transition in which you will implement joint meetings with the owner and the joint venture clients to ensure a positive commencement to your new relationships. As part of your role there will also be an expectation that you seek your own referral partners.

In conjunction with your efforts, we will provide all the support you require to ensure you achieve your personal growth and financial targets. Essentially, you will be nurtured in your new role. 

The ideal candidate will be someone that is seeking long-term employment and a potential shareholding relationship and become an integral part of our business. 

Directorship should form part of a candidates long-term thought process.

About the role

Reporting to the owner, this full-time OR part-time role will provide comprehensive financial planning services to existing and new clients. 

Day to day you will be responsible for and expected to provide:

• Comprehensive financial planning advice to clients. 
• Conducting and managing high quality interactions with clients. 
• Delivery of client seminars.
• Meeting with prospective or current clients.
• Providing general advice services on behalf of the business.
• Ensuring compliance with all agreed training plans and appropriate industry requirements to maintain accreditation.
• Manage existing joint venture relationships.
• Introduce new joint venture business.
• Seeking equity in the business.

Requirements

The successful applicant will show initiative and drive and be motivated to provide an exceptional level of financial advice whilst also:

• Must be currently enrolled or have attained the required FASEA qualifications.
• Demonstrated self-starter and the ability to manage activities and workload with limited supervision.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present to large groups of people.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and strategies associated with pre and post retirees.
• Exceptional business planning and client engagement skills.
• Emotional intelligence, a can-do attitude, and high levels of resilience.
