About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Adviser to join our growing team on a full-time basis. We are a highly culture focused firm who's primary goal is to ensure you have every opportunity to succeed. There are no failures only opportunities to learn and develop. Your leadership team take care of you so you can take care of the clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing phone-based advice, our clients have access to our services regardless of their location providing them with convenient, efficient advice
- Face to face Advice as required, this is not often
- Primarily responsible for the initial review of Superannuation and Insurance Advice
- Providing ad hoc advice on Insurance, Annual Reviews, Estate and Retirement Planning
- Ensuring Statement of Advice documents being sent to clients are compliant and contain up to date relevant information with accurate scope of advice
- Accurately maintaining client records as required
- Investment Analysis and Portfolio Research as required by Director
- Be available for 4 hours on a Saturday to finalise outstanding advice requirements
- Ability to utilise Microsoft office suite eg. Word, Excel, OneNote etc.
Requirements:
- Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed on Financial Adviser Register
- FASEA approved and qualifications
- Experience in phone based advice environment highly regarded
- Organised, detail orientated with strong time management skills
- Ability to rapport build in a phone based environment
- Strong drive to always act ethically and in the best interest of the client
- Self-motivated, very high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workflow and able to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using Financial Planning Software highly desirable
