Key Responsibilities:
- Providing phone-based advice, clients have access to services regardless of their location providing them with convenient, efficient advice
- Primarily responsible for the initial review of Superannuation and Insurance Advice
- Providing ad hoc advice on Insurance, Annual Reviews, Estate and Retirement Planning
- Accurately maintaining client records as required.
Requirements:
- Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed on Financial Adviser Register
- FASEA approved and qualifications
- Organised, detail orientated with strong time management skills
- Ability to rapport build in a phone-based environment
- Strong drive to always act ethically and in the best interest of the client
- Self-motivated, very high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workflow, and able to work autonomously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
