Our Approach:
At Clear Sky Financial, we believe the key to giving great advice is taking the time to understand what each client is trying to achieve. We then provide advice that looks at the whole picture, rather than just targeting one area.
This approach has been well-received by our clients, and as a result, we’ve seen a significant increase in new clients looking for high quality, straight-forward advice.
What you can expect:
To help with the increased demand, we are looking for 2 new Financial Advisers to join our office at Mermaid Beach.
Your typical day will revolve around clients. Whether it’s discussing their goals, answering questions, assisting new clients through the insurance process or managing the ongoing needs of our established clients, we need advisers that care about the work they do and are focused on delivering well-rounded advice, rather than simply doing the bare minimum.
What we need:
As a Clear Sky Adviser, you need to be comfortable having good conversations with clients, whether that's over the phone, via zoom or in person.
Thankfully, with a steady flow of new clients looking to engage our company, we don't need you searching for new clients. There are no quotas to hit.
We like our advisers spending their time building relationships with our clients. We've found the more we look after clients and the better our advice is, the faster our business grows.
We also have a dedicated paraplanning team to assist you, so you won’t need to complete mountains of paperwork.
What you need:
To get the job, there are a few non-negotiables. The successful candidate will require:
- A Tertiary degree in Financial Planning (or accredited degree) & FASEA approved
- Knowledge of various areas of advice including super, insurance and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
What you’ll receive:
If you are successful, you’ll join one of Australia’s leading dealer groups, where you’ll benefit from a structured ongoing education process and access to regular team events. In conjunction with our licence, we run a formal Professional Year Program with structured training and events, so feel free to apply, even if you’re just starting out.
We believe in paying staff well in order to attract the best talent.
To have happy clients, you need happy advisers. Having great advisers that are paid well and passionate about their career, ultimately leads to a better outcome for our clients.
The money-part:
Your base salary will depend on your level of experience.
Most Advisers with experience will start on a base salary between $120,000 to $150,000 plus super and bonuses, it then goes up from there. Monthly bonuses are paid on performance.
If you are compliant and consistently deliver good advice to clients, there is no reason why you can’t earn between $180,000 to $220,000 per year.
As a company, we like to keep the office vibe upbeat with regular team events and functions. We also like to have a positive impact on clients and the wider community, so we regularly support local charities and community groups that are important to us.
The bottom-line:
If you’re looking for a career where you can make good money, help clients, help the community and actually enjoy going to work, you’ve come to the right place.
