What we will expect from you:
- Become a member of a young team that works together to play a crucial role in helping our clients, either individuals or small businesses, navigate the complexities of the financial world, in a relatable and honest way.
- Meet with clients both new and existing, understand where they are currently, but more importantly understand where they want to be! Help them bridge the gaps, strategise and execute a plan that truly meets their needs.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them stay on track to achieve their goals while adapting to whatever life throws at them.
- Stay up to date with the everchanging landscape that is financial advice! Continue to learn, grow, and develop your skills and knowledge as part of a team.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through genuine care for what they want to achieve, be personable and real, because after all, we are all people just trying our best at life.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic financial solutions that meet clients' needs, while also personally growing your knowledge across all arms of QSA's business, including Lending and Accounting.
- While we have a large existing client base to service, we want you to have your own strong networks that you can use to generate new business opportunities for yourself and QSA.
- Be genuine in all your interactions, whether it be with clients, other QSA colleagues or industry colleagues out at PD Days.
- Represent yourself and QSA in an honest, approachable and fun way that shows everyone you come in contact with that you truly love what you do!

- A supportive team of Advisers who are happy to help out when you need, jump in a meeting with you and will also seek out support from you as a team member and colleague.
- The role is office based Monday to Friday, however the option for work flexibility can be discussed once a relationship has been established.
- We have a fun, casual office where you can generally hear at any given time, ADHOC team brainstorming for client strategies, our dedicated support staff dealing with client implementation, clients being welcomed at the front desk, and of course who has what on for the weekend.
- We have a Social Club that does office lunches and quarterly events around the Coast!
- We do an EOFY party (this year is Axe Throwing then out for food and drinks!) and a Christmas Party (Anything from a catered boat party, the buffet at The Langham, or bowling and drinks at Strike)
Qualifications, skills and qualities we'd like you to have:
- Fully Qualified Financial Adviser or someone who has been previously licensed and is currently completing any upskilling degree's required based on the education standards.
- An open mind to learning new ways of doing what you are already great at to develop and grow your abilities as a confident Financial Adviser
- Attention to the right details that are relevant and important to your clients, and your role within this team to ensure you are delivery the best of yourself at all times.
- Small Business means we all chip where needed, don't be afraid to take the bins out or put the dry dishes away in the kitchen.
- Willingness to share your skills and ideas to add value to our team which definitely doesn't have an I in it.
- Someone who thrives off of interacting with people daily and can be genuinely happy for others success.
- Be a role model and mentor to our support staff, they are the engine room of our business and are valued team members.
