We are currently seeking a qualified Financial Controller to join our amazing team and take on a broad range of responsibilities.
The core duties and responsibilities of this role will include:
- Running of day to day financial requirements for the company
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation and reporting
- Provide timely, relevant financial information to senior management
- Manage staff responsible for the AR and AP processes
- Manage staff responsible for weekly payroll
- Preparation of BAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax returns
- Inventory management
- The drive and initiative to look to improve processes
- Asset entry and depreciation
- Cash flow forecasts
- Budget management
- General administration duties
The successful applicant must have the following criteria:
- CPA/CA qualifications
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using MYOB and XERO
- Experience with inventory management
- Ability to work autonomously and be a team player
