The Financial Counselling program aims to support people in financial difficulty, targeting financially disadvantaged and vulnerable members of the community through the provision of information and referral, financial counselling casework and related services including a specialist Family Violence Financial counselling service.As a Financial Counsellor you are responsible for assessing factors contributing to financial hardship and for providing relevant information, options, support, referral and advocacy to help individuals and families to make an informed decision to manage and resolve their financial issues.
