About you: We are looking for a capable candidate who can confidently take charge of their responsibilities from day one.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, pay great attention to detail, communicate effectively, take initiative, maintain professionalism, and have experience with Xero. This position is a good fit for someone who is sociable, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable in various work environments. Key Responsibilities: Reconciling bank statements.
Accurately processing and recording customer claims, invoices, payments, and credits. Handling invoices and receipts efficiently. Managing payments, including verification and reconciliation of invoices.
Conducting weekly or monthly payment processes. Keeping an eye on accounts receivables, invoicing, and debtor management. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
Communicating with creditors, suppliers, and external accountants. General administrative duties. To Succeed: Proficiency in using Xero and the Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills.
Experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail. Initiative and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
