About The Role
As a Financial Planner at Empower Wealth, you will play a pivotal role in working with and nurturing new and existing client relationships. Your responsibilities include advising clients on risk/insurance options, reviewing superannuation and investment portfolios, and aligning them with the client's overall objectives. You'll be part of a supportive environment with internal industry experts, leading-edge systems, and ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial and ongoing advice to diverse client segments.
- Manage internal relationships with key support staff and advisory partners.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary requirements and actively participate in strategic, investment, and risk training.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients, guiding them on their journey to a wealthier tomorrow.
- Embrace the firm's culture and collaborate effectively with team members.
About You
- Completed Tertiary Qualifications in Finance or other relevant disciplines
- Completed (or in progress) Tertiary Qualification satisfying FASEA Education standards
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Financial Planning industry
- Demonstrated progressive outlook, high energy, and a strong appetite for continuous learning and expanding knowledge
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining high-quality client relationships.
- Experience in working with High Net Worth (HNW) clients
- Strong proficiency in Risk/Insurance, SMSF (Self-Managed Superannuation Fund), Taxation, and Investments
- Organised, responsible, and adheres to high professional standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, demonstrating self-motivation
- Proficient in using Xplan and Microsoft Suite
