This CBD-based, top-tier law firm, is looking to hire an exceptional commercial finance candidate, for this Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role.
You'll provide full analytical support and financial & strategic advice to the firm's Partners and Practice Groups. You'll give quality, ongoing decision support, driving financial performance, pricing, profitability analysis and ad hoc analysis and reporting.
You'll also drive the budgeting & planning cycle and will be involved in benchmarking initiatives & trend/competitor analysis.
You will be passionate about driving change and improving processes, and will channel this into a number of process improvement initiatives, including increasing the sophistication of management reporting, through more effective use of BI and analytics.
You'll be CA or CPA qualified, with a proven background in FP&A / commercial finance, from within a legal (or professional services) firm.
Your accounting background, systems capabilities (including advanced Excel and business intelligence tools) and your people skills, will enable you to quickly build strong, internal relationships and to engage & influence key stakeholders when driving change.
