About the Role:
Redland are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. This pivotal role reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and involves leading the FP&A team responsible for the comprehensive Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis across all of Redland’s production and processing entities.
The successful candidate will drive the budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis processes, collaborating with various departments to identify and implement efficiency and profitability improvements. Expertise in Financial Planning will be crucial in developing and maintaining short, medium, and long-term financial strategies that align with the company's goals, and also in providing actionable insights through detailed financial analysis supporting strategic decision-making across our business. The FP&A Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans aligned with Redland’s strategic objectives, prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The successful candidate must hold a CA/CPA accreditation with minimum 5 years demonstrated post-qualification experience together with dedicated team management and improvement experience. The ability to travel across Australia is also a requirement of this role, as Redland’s assets span from Western Australia to Victoria and up to Queensland.
