Financial Reporting Officer

Seeking a Finance professional to work as a Financial Reporting Officer in West Perth Your new company A state government organisation in West Perth are seeking a finance professional to step in as a Senior Financial Reporting Officer. This position is being offered on an initial short-term temporary engagement for 1-month, and will require you to work full-time hours. Your new role As the Senior Financial Reporting Officer, you will be responsible for creating and issuing quality finance reports to internal and external contacts in the department. Your duties will include:
Providing quality reporting advice to key stakeholders
Developing, testing and distributing financial reports via different software packages
Enhancing reporting structures in place
Communicating with clients to address specific reporting needs
Providing support and training in using reporting tools
What you'll need to succeed As this is a short-term contract, we will require previous experience in a similar role, in order to hit the ground running. In addition, you will have:
Previous experience using Excel One / Ci Anywhere AND / OR TechOne
Advanced written communication skills
Excellent conceptual and analytical skills used to solve problems
Capacity to start immediately after a successful interview
