- Analyse and advise on coverage thresholds, complexities, and exclusions.
- Develop tailored strategies for urgent, high-risk claims, including media-sensitive matters.
- Engage proactively with insurers, legal counsel, and clients to ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Maximize client coverage outcomes through comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance.
- Mentor internal staff on legal and coverage complexities.
- Provide detailed updates to insurers and attend relevant meetings and inspections.
- Strong technical expertise in complex financial lines claims.
- Ability to autonomously manage large, complex matters while maintaining quality customer service.
- Commitment to retaining and developing expert knowledge in financial lines claims.
- Legal Degree (5+ years PQE desirable), with private practice experience - preferred but not required
