Virtue Fire Solutions specialises in routine servicing, maintenance and repairs of fire protection systems and essential safety measures. We are based in Somerville and service properties throughout Victoria. Due to significant company growth, we are looking for a Fire Service Coordinator to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all jobs are scheduled, completed, reported and invoiced in an efficient and timely manner.
About You
- Experience in the Fire Service industry.
- Experience in essential safety measures.
- Experience with Uptick software system.
- Customer-focused with a professional, courteous telephone manner and relationship-building skills.
- Highly competent computer skills.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and handle changing demands with ease.
- Exceptional time management and prioritising skills.
- Organised, motivated and able to work autonomously.
- An extremely high level of accuracy is required for this role. You must have a high attention to detail with accurate spelling and grammar.
About the Role
- Manage daily requests from clients and maintain good working relationships.
- Prioritise workloads, and allocate and schedule technicians as required including sub-contractors.
- Monitor job progress and provide accurate reports and invoices to clients upon completion of jobs.
- Assist with providing quotes and proposals to clients.
- Order materials required from suppliers.
Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. However, full training will be provided.
