Salary: Starting from $73,011 + Super
  
Tenure: Permanent Full Time
  

  

What we are looking for:  

  • A strong desire to contribute your skills and expertise to our business   
  • Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives   
  • A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value  
  • Open to all experience levels including labouring, fencing, vegetation management or equivalent.   
  • Current NSW driver’s licence.
  • Ability to implement safety and emergency plans and procedures 
  • Boat License where water operations are required

What you will work on: 

  • Ensure all activities are undertaken with the safety of people as the number one priority and at all times role model safe behavior'
  • Undertake dam surveillance, water quality sampling, on-site water deliver operations on water storage and distribution assets and service related functions to complete operational requirements. 
  • Undertaking surveillance and monitoring of water supply assets
  • Meet emergency policies and procedures and participate in water infrastructure activities
  • Ensure the accurate capture, storage, update and review of data required for the maintenance management system
