AddressPrime Concrete Developments (PCD) was established on November 30th, 2017. We have over 40 years of experience within the concrete sleeper manufacturing industry. PCD sleepers are manufactured to the highest Australian Standards and engineering specifications.
Role:First Year Civil Engineer.
Location: Narangba QLD 4504 (North Brisbane)
Hours of the role: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate: $70,000 - $90,000
Located in our Head office in Narangba North Brisbane we are looking for a highly motivated First Year Civil Engineer for our expanding team.
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Determining construction methods, materials, and quality standards, and drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.
- Studying architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
- Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing, and negotiating variations to designs.
- Analysing structural requirement and establish drawings for building crew to implement.
- Strong Microsoft EXCEL experience.
- Ability to read and understand civil plans.
- Experience using software such as AutoCAD and REVIT.
