Exposure to planning/supervisory of teams is highly regarded.This is an interesting role where you will work across a diverse & complex scope of work to give you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects & services.In return - you will be able to enjoy being at home more often with a Perth based role whilst expanding your career to the next level.What will I be involved with?

• Coordination & Engagement with our Mechanical & Electrical site crews - being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team
• Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets
• Providing expertise on services available within the Group

What do I need?

• A strong background in a similar role within Fixed Plant Maintenance / Infrastructure Maintenance or supply services companies
• Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)
• Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
• Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• High-level communication and negotiating skills
• Experience in project estimation & quoting
• Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent conflict resolution skills
• Current car driver's licence
