SalaryOn behalf of an Australian Gold Producer, we are a Fixed Plant Mechanical Fitter to play a key role assisting with maintenance required on an established processing plant. With a high production profile and a long lasting mine life, you will have secure ongoing work.
About the role:
This position is based on a gold processing plant and will require repair of onsite mechanical equipment and systems. With production being driven by high grade resources, this organisation is debt free, generating robust free cash flow and poised for their next stage of growth.
Led by a highly regarded management team, you will have the chance to develop under their guidance.
The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter - or relevant Tertiary Qualification
- Driver's License (c Class, manual car)
- Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter in the mining industry for Fixed Plant (including gold processing plant)
- Ability to pass full medical and drug and alcohol screens
- Excellent rotating equipment maintenance experience
- Understanding of WA mines safety and Inspection Act and Regulations
- Proven commitment to safety
