About the Role:
This role is based in Carrara, QLD, working as a FL operator labourer. You'll need to be physically fit, as the work environment is dirty, noisy, and smelly. If you can handle working alongside moving conveyor belts and don't suffer from motion sickness, this could be the perfect job for you!
What You'll Do:
- Work as a general labourer sorting recyclable materials.
- Follow instructions to operate machinery.
- Use your good hand/eye coordination to quickly pull out products from the conveyor system.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 7am - 3pm
- Afternoon Shift: 3pm - 11.30pm

What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and enthusiastic individuals with experience in production or challenging process work environments.
- Good physical fitness for repetitive reaching, lifting, and bending.
- Previous factory labouring or machine operator experience is a plus.
- Forklift and/or Front End Loader licence is highly advantageous!
- Reliable transport and good dexterity skills.
- A strong safety focus and a team player attitude.
