Fleet Administrator
Wagners operates approximately one thousand items of mobile fleet. To achieve positive outcomes from the effective use of our fleet we are recruiting a Fleet Administrator based in our Toowoomba Engineering facility to provide timely and accurate information to our management team on all aspects of fleet operations.
Responsibilities
Collection, collation and reporting of fleet information, including fleet utilisation and maintenance information
Reviewing integrity of maintenance data
Collation information and reporting on fuel usage
Data processing
Liaising with multiple business units to collect information
Preparation of documentation associated with the purchase and disposal of fleet
Market research
Supplier engagement
Administrating fleet related projects
Ad-hoc duties as required
Skills and Experience / Qualifications
Self-motivated, driven and able to multi-task
General knowledge of the Plant and Equipment used in Transport and Construction Industries
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient in use of ERP Software
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective Communicator verbally and formally
Effective time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as required
Business acumen and commercial awareness
Ability to analyse and filter data
High Attention to detail
