With depots across Brisbane, Tully and Far North Queensland, Blenners are the nationally trusted and respected refrigerated transport solution, working with leading retailers and well-known and reputable brands Australia-wide, with a strong emphasis on their customers and their team.
Blenners are currently seeking applications for a Permanent Part Time 25 to 30hr a week - Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our Tully Depot Team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and timely closure of all service and tyre workorders.
- Liaise with external vendors to supply workorders and receive updates on repairs.
- Payroll support – collating and administering leave application.
- Compile information for internal and external audits
- Assist in other general service administration tasks.
- Coordinating and communicating repair time frames with Operations
To be successful you will need:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferable.
- Proactive attitude with an excellent work ethic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
